We want you to love your Twelve South gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our store. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label or provide instructions on how to generate one for your convenience.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original box, attach the shipping label to the outside of the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
